You can download and add our school events to your personal calendar using a file called calendar.ics.

Here's how to import it into your preferred calendar app:

✅ Google Calendar (on a computer)

1. Open Google Calendar in a web browser.

2. On the left-hand side, click the + next to Other calendars.

3. Select Import.

4. Click Select file from your computer and choose the downloaded calendar.ics file.

5. Select the calendar you'd like to add the events to.

6. Click Import.

✅ The events will be added, but they won’t update automatically if the school changes the calendar later.

✅ Apple Calendar (Mac, iPhone, iPad)

On Mac:

1. Double-click the downloaded calendar.ics file.

2. When prompted, choose which calendar to add the events to.

3. Click OK.

On iPhone or iPad:

1. Tap the downloaded .ics file (or open it from your email or files).

2. Your device will prompt you to add the events to your Calendar.

3. Confirm to add them.

✅ Once added, the events will appear in your Calendar app. You’ll need to re-import the file if events change.

✅ Outlook Calendar

On Outlook.com (web browser):

1. Go to Outlook Calendar.

2. Click Add calendar > Upload from file.

3. Click Browse and select the downloaded calendar.ics file.

4. Choose the calendar you want to add events to.

5. Click Import.

On Outlook desktop app:

1. Open Outlook.

2. Go to File > Open & Export > Import/Export.

3. Choose Import an iCalendar (.ics) or vCalendar (.vcs).

4. Browse and select the downloaded file.

5. Follow the prompts to import.

✅ The events will be added once, and do not update automatically.
